The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island to host a free night of holiday fun with Halloween at the Boardwalk!
Fort Walton Beach, FL: The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island will host the 2nd Annual “Tricks & Treasures at The Boardwalk” on Tuesday, October 31 st from 5 to 8pm. This free family-friendly event will feature trick-or- treating, live entertainment, and kid’s activities, all in a safe and fun beach-front environment. Entertainment by Captain Davy and the Crossbones will include pirate shenanigans, music, storytelling, balloon animals, and a kids’ costume contest. Parents and their little goblins can stroll through The Boardwalk for numerous candy-stops and kid-friendly carnival games complete with prizes. Little ones will also receive some treasure for completing the special Boardwalk Treasure Map and redeem “Kids Eat Free” coupons valid at all participating restaurants.
“This is our second year hosting this exciting family-focused event and we hope it’s even bigger and better than the last,” says George Golematis, General Manager for The Boardwalk. “We truly want to create a safe place for families and the community to come together and enjoy Halloween festivities on the beach.” The Boardwalk is offering free booth space for local organizations to pass out candy.
